COVID-19 Online Clinic & Info Line seeing an increase in call volume

The COVID-19 Online Clinic and Information Line for Northern BC residents is seeing an increase in call volumes, which may result in longer wait times. The line is quite busy during its opening hours, between 10 am and 1 pm. Northern BC residents are encouraged to call during off-peak times, generally between 1 pm and 6 pm.

Callers who are assessed and referred to a care provider, and are scheduled for a video/call back, will receive that call later the same day or the following day (up to a maximum of 24 hours). Please note: you can also call your primary care provider for COVID-19-related information and assessments.

The COVID-19 Online Clinic and Information Line is open from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays.
